To this end the Somatic Retuning practice is designed to awaken the pleasure nature of the body through soft, sensitive movement. Somatic Intuning practice then allows currents and circulations of pleasure to be assimilated into the body as a source of nourishment, vitality and healing. Somatic Attunement practices focus on absorbing the experience of pleasure into the pleasure nature of awareness. Their deep nourishment generates an embodied sense of safety within which a deep resilience can express itself into your life and relationships.
EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE TRAINING presents a somatic approach to emotional equanimity and stability. It is a specialised extension of Embodied Resilience Training with a specific focus on assimilating intense emotions into a deeply embodied resilience. For this the Somatic Retuning practice focuses on allowing the body to deeply let go of the habituated tension rooted in unresolved past experience. The Somatic Intuning and Attunement practices are refined to clarify the somatic foundation of intense emotions so that mind lets go of its disturbing elaborations. The Retuning, Intuning and Attunement practices together generate a safe inner spaciousness within which to access the courage to face intense emotions, such as anxiety, anger and grief, without being overwhelmed by them. Instead they can become an unexpected source of clarity, stability and resilience.
SEXUAL RESILIENCE TRAINING uses sexual desire and pleasure to contextualise the habituated sense of separateness into an embodied experience of boundarylessness. It is a specialised extension of Embodied Resilience Training with a focus on assimilating the potency of sexual desire and pleasure. The Somatic Retuning practice focuses on generating currents of sexual pleasure and desire. Somatic Intuning practices focus on the embodied experience of boundarylessness. Somatic Attunement practices focus on finding your own boundaries and authenticity within non-erotic intimacy with others. This training will involve safe, simple and non-erotic interaction with others. There will be no overt erotic activity during this training.

It will invite you to a deep, embodied solidarity with the world just as it is, even as it continuously changes. It does so by taking you deep into the inclusive and generous presence of wholeness, both alone and in relationship to others. We will use Somatic Retuning, Intuning and Attunement to access the abundant and invulnerable heart of wholeness from which authentic compassion, generosity and solidarity flow. This will enable you to prioritise giving over getting, creating over consuming, sharing over accumulating. Then you can become more able to live harmoniously with others in this turbulent world. This training will involve safe, simple and non-sexual interaction with others.
