This training will strengthen your core respiratory and structural muscles, cultivate mindfulness, while enriching your life with practices you can enjoy daily. It will also:

The training includes four active breathing techniques. It is delivered in two modules of six recorded sessions each. Each session involves both practice and theory. You can participate in any session in stages. Session 4 includes a live, recorded question & answer session. While the sessions of each module should be used in their recorded sequence, you can begin with either of the modules.
There four active techniques are:
- The Breath of Purification. (Module 1)
- The Breath of Resilience (Module 1)
- The Breath of Power (Module 2)
- The Breath of Coherence(Module 2)
The Breath of Power and the Breath of Coherence directly strengthen the core muscles of the spine, supporting optimal and deep breathing, while strengthening your core. At the same time they will release and rejuvenate your diaphragm and enhance your posture.
The training is suitable for anyone wanting to enjoy daily vitality and stability. It does not requireany previous experience of Pranayama or breath work.
