Resilience Training is a refinement of the Dynamic Yoga Training Method, both its movement and stillness practices. It will put you directly and deeply in touch with the intelligence and wisdom of your body. This will allow your mind to let go of its concerns, compulsions and strategies into the wisdom of your Spiritual Heart. This is not a geographical place. It is the deep core of your being. While your biological nature, and its psychological and social expressions is full of vulnerabilities and needs, your spiritual nature is a potential source of invulnerability. These audio recordings will help you to access that invulnerability so that your vulnerabilities can be soothed and mitigated, Then, whatever transformations and tribulations arise can be met with courage, dignity and grace. You will start to prioritise giving over getting, sharing over accumulating, supporting over exploiting. So that then you may live in harmony with others, with nature, with the world, with life.
