Yoga is a lifetime's journey that must begin with simple, accessible steps. This taster of my 'Complete' Dynamic Yoga Programme will give you a taste of the depth of support it can provide. You will receive 6 audio practice sessions with which to ground and stabilise your practice.
There is one activating Sensitisation session of 30 minutes.
There is one quietening Sensitisation session of 20 minutes.
There is one activating Opening sessions of 40 minutes.
There is one quietening Opening sessions of 40 minutes.
There is one activating Integrating sessions of 40 minutes.
There is one four quietening Integrating sessions of 45 minutes.
Dynamic Yoga is a somatic approach to yoga posture practice. Based directly on the intelligence and vulnerabilities of the body it allows you to recalibrate your body towards wholeness gradually and safely. This recalibration is based on sensitivity to sensation rather than flexibility, strength or agility.
Begin with the Sensitisation sessions, which will attune you to the subtle but simple, somatic language of your body.
Then continue with the Opening sessions, which will activate the natural functionality and mobility of your body without struggle or strain.
Follow these with the Integrating sessions, which will allow you to begin to establish functional and structural integrity on and off your mat.
