Yoga is a lifetime's practice. This programme will support you invaluably on your interior journey. You will receive 34 (audio) yoga posture practice sessions lasting from 30 to 85 minutes. They are divided into four different themes. Each theme has four more active and four more passive sessions of differing durations, and can be purchased separately. 

Dynamic Yoga is a somatic approach to yoga posture practice. Based directly on the intelligence and vulnerabilities of the body it allows you to recalibrate your body towards wholeness gradually and safely. This recalibration is based on sensitivity to sensations. While the movements and shapes soften, lengthen and strengthen your muscles the relationships between them will be reconfigured by the Dynamic of Integrity, integrating muscular relationships towards wholeness.

There are four activating Sensitisation sessions of 30,40,50 and 60 minutes.
​There are four quietening Sensitisation sessions of 20,30,40 and 60 minutes.

There are four activating Opening sessions of 40,50,60 and 70 minutes.
​There are four quietening Opening sessions of 40,50,60 and 70 minutes.

There are four activating Integrating sessions of 40,50,60 and 75 minutes.

​There are four quietening Integrating sessions of 45, 60, 70 and 85 minutes.

There are four activating Deepening sessions of 45,65,80 and 95 minutes.

​There are six quietening Deepening sessions of 45, 60, 75, 80 and 90 minutes.

Begin with some Sensitisation sessions which will attune you to the subtle but simple, somatic language of your body.

​Then continue with
some Opening sessions which will activate the natural functionality and mobility of your body without struggle or strain. 

Follow these with
some Integrating sessions which will allow you to establish functional integrity on and off your mat.

​Finally enjoy the ten Deepening sessions which will invite you to encounter and embody the rich subtleties of your nature.
