You neither have to change what you believe or value, not who you actually are. Embodying the power and wisdom of your spiritual nature is initiated through meditative movement, deepened in meditative stillness and stabilised through meditative sharing. It is an interior journey of establishing Pathways of Wholeness that allows you to engage fully with the world as it is, in all of its unpredictabilities and challenges. This interior journey is then supported by The Radical Enquiry, and practices of somatic intimacy in daily life, so that you Pathways of Wholeness remain open, and the invulnerability of your spiritual nature can support and mitigate the vulnerabilities of your social and biological nature.
